4-H is the youth development program of University of Illinois Extension, offering hands-on learning experiences for young people ages 8 to 18 ("Cloverbud" clubs available for ages 5 to 7). The program helps youth build life skills, leadership abilities, and career readiness through activities in science, technology, agriculture, health, civic engagement, and the arts. PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid risk-based care program that offers comprehensive, team-based medical and social services for seniors through collaborating health care agencies, allowing older older adults to age at home (as opposed to entering a nursing facility).
