The Center for Youth and Family Solutions offers New Day Senior Outreach Services to individuals age 60 and older in Peoria, Tazewell, and Fulton counties. This program consists of providing information on how to get needed services and benefits, assisting in accessing these programs when necessary, and then following up with the senior.

The Center for Senior Behavioral Health at Carle Health Proctor Hospital is an inpatient specialty unit for adults ages 65 and older in need of care for emotional or behavioral concerns. Services include individual, group, and family therapy guided by a team of clinicians, activity therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists.

Trillium Place on Hamilton, an affiliate of Carle Health, provides walk-in substance use disorder and mental health disorder assessments Monday through Friday from 8am-2pm for residential, outpatient, and medication assisted treatment programs. Other services provided at this location include outpatient substance use disorder counseling, DUI evaluation services, and outpatient mental health counseling. The Woodford County Veterans Assistance Commission (VAC) is operated by and for U.S. veterans. VAC officers work with veterans and dependents to determine their entitled benefits and file claims with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. VAC officers guide applicants through the entire process and fight to ensure a fair review of all claims. The Veterans Assistance Commission's programs are considered emergency and interim financial assistance programs and should not be considered as an ongoing financial supportive program. All assistance provided by the VAC is predicated on an established standard of need as set forth by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS). It is not the intent of either the Commission or the County to provide assistance either less than or in excess of the levels of assistance adopted by IDHS.

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pekin offers the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry three times per week. The pantry distributed pre-packed boxes of food, including frozen meat, bread, and produce (when available).

The Salvation Army Heartland Division provides limited veteran housing assistance through SSVF or Supportive Services for Veteran Families. The program is a housing stability-focused service delivery program for very low-income veteran families throughout Central Illinois. This program serves individuals and families that are experiencing homelessness or imminently at risk of being homeless. The goal is to stabilize in housing, while providing on-going support as needed to sustain independent living. *Please note that the Veterans Outreach Center is not able to assist with mortgage, contract for deed, rent to own, or car payments.
