Fulton Mason Crisis Service provides 24 hour crisis intervention services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. FMCS also provides abuse counseling, referral information for community resources and services, and classes for perpetrators of domestic violence. The Center for Prevention of Abuse is the only agency in the State of Illinois to provide combined services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, and elder/disabled adult abuse. The Center also reaches students age pre-K through college with violence prevention education, as well as abusers with an abuser re-education program.

The Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) provides financial and budget planning information. Specifically, to repair credit problems, home purchasing, spending vs. savings issues, tuition assistance, utility cost relief, and more. The FOC tailors’ the unique financial situation of citizens to the resources required to make a financial “Fresh Start.” The program, supported by LISC, helps low-to-moderate income families and individuals achieve financial stability by implementing the integrated services approach. This approach is a new way to offer four core services: 1. Financial coaching and education to help build assets 2. Employment and career development 3. Better access to public benefits 4. Life skills training This strategy creates new opportunities for individuals and helps connect employers to well-prepared workers. Open to all Peoria and Tri-County residents.

The Heartland Health Services Mobile Health Center offers psychiatric and substance use services in Peoria and Pekin. For psychiatric services, the mobile center focuses on psychiatric medication management, but can refer into the main Heartland Health Services provider network for mental health counseling. For substance use services, the center includes both a counseling component and the option of medication assisted recovery. Details will be forthcoming on upcoming events where the center will be stationed.

The Illinois Valley Fuller Center for Housing is a volunteer-based organization that focuses on repairing homes owned by military veterans in Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford counties.

The Center for Sight & Hearing's Morton Office is dedicated to vision rehabilitation. Services include Orientation & Mobility training, Braille instruction, low vision aids and devices, independent living skills, and support groups.

Vets4Warriors is a 24/7 confidential peer support network for veteran and military communities. It provides immediate, free, and long-term peer support through confidential phone, chat, text, and e-mail conversations.

Cordoba Healthcare works with local doctors, nurses, community volunteers, and students to provide a free specialty medical clinic model. Areas of specialization include cardiology, gastroenterology and liver, nephrology (kidney disease), pulmonary, basic dental services (depending on situation), and more. Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Please note that mental health services are not provided.

Community Needs Agency in Chillicothe is an all-volunteer resource center that serves residents of Illinois Valley Central School District 321 (Chillicothe, Rome, Mossville area). All programs and services are income-based. A couple of service clarifications: -Emergency food can be provided as available to clients by appointment only. -One aspect of energy assistance is LIHEAP application assistance, offered by appointment only for clients.
