Carle Health - Trillium Place Crisis Services - Peoria County (ERS) assists individuals in Peoria County experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder related crisis. For life-threatening concerns, please call 911 or be taken to your nearest emergency department. Proudly affiliated with Carle Health, Trillium Place is a not for profit organization originally formed in April 2019 by joining UnityPoint Health Behavioral Health Services, the Human Service Center, and Tazwood Center for Wellness. With locations in Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka, Trillium Place provides a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use disorder services.

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) - Division of Environmental Health protects public health by overseeing programs that address environmental hazards, food safety, and waste disposal. Its work includes ensuring safe food through inspections, protecting water and sewage systems, and preventing diseases by monitoring vector-borne illnesses, chemical exposures, and other environmental risks. With respect to vectors (insects, ticks, rats, mice, birds and other animals that transmit disease-producing organisms to humans), the Division of Environmental Health provides technical information to local health departments, governments, mosquito abatement programs and the public on methods to monitor and control them.

CCSI - Case Coordination, LLC is a non-profit organization that serves as a Case Coordination Unit for the Community Care Program, contracted by the Illinois Department on Aging, for Peoria County (ACM Care covers the City of Peoria) and Fulton County. CCSI will initially provide a care coordinator to visit the home and conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine the needs of the person. The coordinator will then work with the person and family members to the link the person with needed services and resources. These can include in-home services, adult day care, home delivered or congregate meals, transportation options, assistive devices, and more.

The Center for Youth and Family Solutions offers New Day Senior Outreach Services to individuals age 60 and older in Peoria, Tazewell, and Fulton counties. This program consists of providing information on how to get needed services and benefits, assisting in accessing these programs when necessary, and then following up with the senior.

Dental Lifeline Network (formerly the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped) is a national humanitarian organization providing access to comprehensive dental services for people with disabilities or who are elderly (determined by office) or medically at-risk. Dental Lifeline Network provides these services through a national network of direct service programs that involve 15,000 volunteer dentists and 3,200 volunteer labs. Typically, the patient will not receive treatment the same day that he or she applies, so this is not the best option for a dental emergency.
