Cordoba Healthcare works with local doctors, nurses, community volunteers, and students to provide a free specialty medical clinic model. Areas of specialization include cardiology, gastroenterology and liver, nephrology (kidney disease), pulmonary, basic dental services (depending on situation), and more. Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Please note that mental health services are not provided.

Women's Care Center is faith-based organization that offers free, confidential counseling, support, and education to women facing unplanned pregnancies. Services include confirmation of pregnancy and ultrasounds, but the center does not provide ongoing prenatal care or abortions. In addition to the listed services, the Women's Care Center offers the following program: Crib Club/BABE The Crib Club/BABE program provides cribs, diapers, clothing and other baby items under an incentive system that rewards participation in parenting classes, prenatal care and other programs. Coupons are provided which can be redeemed at the Crib Club stores.

Core programs include- *Financial Stability Program The purpose of the Financial Stability program is to help participants to increase their revenue while decreasing their expenses, thus helping them to improve their quality of life. This is a case management program that provides financial, credit and employment education, training, coaching and mentorship while providing basic needs like food, clothing, transportation, healthcare, and hygiene products. *Citizenship Classes Includes assistance with application process & Individual Attention/Support. Completely free. *La Familia La Familia Program that strives to restore dignity and protect our local Latino community by providing culturally responsive and healing support across the lifespan, from children to seniors. *S.T.E.A.M.S Academy An after-school program for K-8th graders that focuses on increasing learning potential with a concentration on one-on-one tutoring, enrichment activities and service learning opportunities. It features the S.T.E.A.M.S curriculum, which includes First Lego League, allowing children to research, design, and build Lego Robot. The goal is that the children grow to love learning and look beyond simply passing their school courses, but dream to excel far beyond. When school is out for the summer, there is an eight-week Summer Camp program focusing on leadership development that provides four consecutive 2-week camp themes with an enriching diverse program in a fun and safe environment. The children learn about healthy living, giving back to one's community through service learning, and social and emotional well-being. *Pathway to YOUR Future Designed specifically to prepare, teach, and support high school students' transition into adulthood. As a result, they support each other to pursue their goals and unite the school community for long-term change. *Peoria Peacekeepers The Peoria Peacekeepers Network is a referral program established by the Peoria Friendship House that focuses on using a restorative justice approach to provide juvenile offenders who have admitted to committing certain eligible offenses, misdemeanors, or felony. Juvenile offenders are given the opportunity to make restitution, connect with the community, and receive needed services and support. Peoria Friendship House works in tandem with various organizations to provide aid to juvenile offenders via referral sources such as the Peoria Police Department Station Adjustments, Peoria Public Schools discipline referrals, and Peoria County Probation Informal Supervision.

OSF Saint Francis - Behavioral & Mental Health offers comprehensive outpatient and more limited inpatient behavioral & psychiatric services for adults. For comprehensive behavioral health service linkage (including outside of the OSF network), please also check with OSF Behavioral Health Navigators (309-308-8150). The service is free.

The Healthier Homes Initiative is a no-cost program providing eligible Ameren Illinois residential customers with home upgrades and minor repairs to improve safety, comfort, indoor air quality and overall home health. Eligible customers may receive energy efficiency improvements to their home such as air sealing, insulation, lighting replacement, ventilation and moisture control measures, and other safety measures. Upgrades and minor repairs are based on an assessment conducted by qualified contractors.

The Veterans Assistance Commission is an agency that is operated by and for veterans. The commission provides aid to those indigent veterans and their families residing in Tazewell County who meet eligibility requirements.

Dream Center Peoria offers a 24/7 emergency shelter that includes snacks, showers, a bed to sleep in, breakfast, lunch, dinner, job readiness assistance, case management services, and storage (not for furniture). Phones can be utilized for job interviews. Day services also include showers and cooling/warming center availability for their eligible population (single women; mothers with children; single fathers with children; couples with and without children; and other family units) even if they are not staying at the Dream Center.

The Valeska Hinton Early Childhood Education Center is a school for children ages 3 to 7 years old and their families. The early childhood program provides care and education in a developmentally appropriate, NAEYC Accredited environment. Guided by the philosophy that all children can learn, Valeska operates year round serving approximately 400 at-risk children from all areas of Peoria Public Schools. Children will gain accelerated development of social, emotional, language, and cognitive ability in a secure and stable environment. Children enter the center and join one of our four villages. Valeska's villages serve as a hub for many family and community activities.
