The PSI HelpLine is a toll-free telephone number anyone can call to get basic information, support, and resources. The HelpLine is not a crisis hotline and does not handle emergencies. If you or anyone else are in danger, please call 911. You are welcome to leave a confidential message any time, and one of the HelpLine volunteers will return your call as soon as possible. If you are not able to talk when the volunteer calls you, you can arrange another time to connect. The volunteer will give you information, encouragement, and names of resources near you.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Tenth Judicial Circuit is a non-profit, volunteer organization that advocates for the best interests of children within the juvenile abuse and neglect court system in Peoria, Tazewell, Marshall, Putnam and Stark counties.

Among the case management services offered by Living by Your Design are one on one case management with a nurse, as well as bill paying assistance.

The Salvation Army Heartland Division provides limited veteran housing assistance through SSVF or Supportive Services for Veteran Families. The program is a housing stability-focused service delivery program for very low-income veteran families throughout Central Illinois. This program serves individuals and families that are experiencing homelessness or imminently at risk of being homeless. The goal is to stabilize in housing, while providing on-going support as needed to sustain independent living. *Please note that the Veterans Outreach Center is not able to assist with mortgage, contract for deed, rent to own, or car payments.

The Greater Peoria Family YMCA offers a multi-purpose facility, immediately off of Willow Knolls Dr. Memberships include: group fitness classes, outdoor summer pool, group fitness classes, two full-sized basketball courts, and youth programs. The MSAA Equipment Distribution Program offers clients products designed to improve safety, dignity, mobility, and independence. MSAA provides these products at no charge and ships directly to the client. Items distributed through the program include home safety products such as shower chairs and grab bars, as well as mobility devices including canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.

The OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois offers comprehensive child passenger safety seat support, a program for low-cost child passenger safety seats, and serves as a Special Needs Child Passenger Safety Resource Center.
