-Obtaining an Order of Protection
-Emotional support
-Filing a police report
-Reporting a violation regarding an offender who is in treatment and/or on probation

-Seeking transitional services to assist in leaving an abusive relationship
-Receiving education and information related to Domestic Violence, including Lethality Assessments
-Providing additional evidence in a criminal case

Safe2HelpIL is a 24/7 program where students can use a free app, text/phone, and website (Safe2HelpIL.com) to share information on school safety issues in a confidential environment. Once vetted, the information provided will be shared with local district and school officials and/or local PSAP/9-1-1 call center, depending on the nature of the information shared.
The Safe2Help program is a confidential help line. Reporters will be encouraged to provide their name and contact information, but it is not a requirement. Information received by Safe2Help is exempt from the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) reporting rules and can only be accessed under limited conditions by a court order.
