It Takes A Village of Peoria is aimed at collaborating with organizations, parents, students, teaching personnel, and citizens to support students' academic success. Habitat for Humanity ReStores are owned and operated by local Habitat for Humanity affiliates, and proceeds are used to build Habitat homes.

Graham Medical Group's Glasford Primary Care Clinic provides primary health care services as part of the larger Graham Health System care network.

Early Learning For All (ELFA) is a part of Peoria Regional Office of Education and encompasses programming and services for ages prenatal through five. ELFA's two main programs, Preschool For All and Home Visiting, are both funded through the Illinois State Board of Education's Early Childhood Block Grant. ELFA supports families from all over the county and has no district residency requirements. Preschool for All has locations at St. Paul Baptist Church in Peoria, and at Hollis Grade School and Oak Grove School in Bartonville. These locations are all full day (8:15-3:15) Home Visiting focuses on partnering, facilitating, and reflecting with families while working to develop children's motor, language, intellectual, and social-emotional skills.

Cordoba collaborates with Heartland Health Services and local hospitals to receive referrals for specialty treatment, but also accepts self-referrals from patients. Henry County Public Transportation provides demand response (transportation by appointment), curb to curb service throughout Henry, Stark, and Western Bureau Counties. The Restaurant Employee Relief Fund is a program of the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (IRAEF) that offers emergency assistance to Illinois food and beverage workers facing an unanticipated hardship within the past 90 days such as: accident, illness, injury, death of an immediate family member, or natural disaster. If you are in need of assistance, please complete the online application form. All grant requests will be reviewed. The IRAEF Restaurant Employee Relief Fund grants are awarded to eligible individuals based on available funds and limited to one per individual. Grants cover costs of living expenses for life-altering events and range from $250-$3,000.
